Well I bought it thinking I had disc brakes on my scooter so I can't give you a great review of the product but I'm sure it is.

Simple to use but the cylinder is kind of tricky which on one hand is really nice for avoiding theft but somewhat unfortunate if I'm late to work but have to make a stop. (Which is extremely rare anyway so it doesn't matter much for me.) I do kind of wish there was just a physical hard lock built into the scooter itself but that's just me being greedy.

Works great on disc brakes! If you don’t understand how to USE this, simply insert the lock pin through any hole on the disc rotor. The wheel can only be rolled until the lock unit contacts the brake caliper, like booting a car tire

I use it to lock the wheels so no one can roll off with my RS7. I also use a bike chain because it is only 88 pounds.
