Tires blow out frequently

  • Please confirm if the tire is punctured or if the blowout was caused by normal usage: You can check the tire for scratches or foreign objects. If there are scratches, it may be caused by the wheel hub puncturing the tire, and the wheel hub needs to be replaced together.

I have lost my scooter keys/NFC card

Each electric scooter is equipped with a unique key. If the key/NFC card is lost, a new voltage lock/display needs to be purchased. At the same time, two matching keys will be sent together, and the original key will become invalid and cannot be used.

D6+2.0 cannot save P setting

  • It does not affect the use of. At present, some P settings cannot be saved. This is a parameter that must be set during our function upgrade process. This function is set to ensure the stability of the kinetic energy of the car itself (single P setting parameter saving). This is also a functional change to keep the scooter powered. It is recommended to reset each time you drive. If it is necessary to save the settings, the relevant accessories need to be replaced. The accessories that need to be replaced are: controller, throttle and wiring harness. The wiring harness installation process will be cumbersome but not complicated. You can take photos in advance or mark out each wire connector, replace each connector one by one, and reconnect the new wire harness. Please don't unplug and replace all the interfaces at once, otherwise you won't remember how they correspond. In addition, there is adhesive on the back of the controller, you can use tools to pry the controller up, please do not pull the wires directly.

How to open the deck of a scooter?

Please tear off the sticker on the deck (tear off the edge part, you can stick it back) and unscrew 10 screws, then open the deck.

Where do you ship to?

Our warehouse is located in California and we can ship to any location within the United States (Except Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico) . 
For purchases made from other countries, scooters can only be shipped via sea and are estimated to arrive in 60-75 days. Please note that there will be additional shipping fees estimated between $200-$350. We can air ship accessories to most countries for a shipping fee of $25-$40.

Scooters are speed-limited.

Remove speed limit:
1.52V-60VSCOOTER: Double-click the power button.
  N6 72V/LS7+72V: Double-click the "-" minus button.

2.Check if the P8 value is 100.

If the problem still cannot be solved, please check if the front and rear wheel rotation speed is normal and contact us.

Front/rear motor not working

  • If the front motor does not work, first check whether the single and double drive buttons are turned on. Secondly, you can swap the controllers of the front and rear wheels. If the wheels can rotate normally after the swap, then there is a problem with the motor.
  • For example, if your rear wheel is not moving, you can swap the wiring of the front and rear controllers. Please note that you also need to check and swap the motor wires. If the rear wheel can rotate after the swap, but the front wheel doesn't move, then the rear controller needs to be replaced. If the rear wheel still doesn't rotate, then the motor needs to be replaced.

Scooter maximum range

The maximum range depends on various factors such as road conditions, rider weight, and electric scooter power. It does not indicate the range that can be achieved at the lowest or highest speed. Please refer to the product details for specific range information.

The new D6+2.0 cannot be started

① Check whether the voltage lock waterproof head has fallen off or loosened.
②If the troubleshooting step 1 is correct, you can try to plug and unplug the voltage lock and battery.
③ Fully charge the battery (more than 24 hours).
④Plug the charger into the scooter without plugging in the power supply, and observe the color of the indicator light of the charger. Green light: The controller or instrument is faulty. Replace controller and instrumentation. No light: battery problem. Replacement battery.

How long will it take for my package to arrive?

We try our best to process your order within a 24-hour working day period, once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. Your order will be shipped within 48 hours from placing your order.(Saturday and Sunday orders are shipped Monday) As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation and detailed tracking information by e-mail.
