NANROBOT D6+ ELECTRIC SCOOTER 10”-2000W-52V 26Ah

Bought D6+ with hydraulic brakes back in summer of 2020. Very happy with purchase. What attracted me to this scooter were the looks, costs, and features. For sake of time I'll only talk about one of the things that attracted me to this scooter. Well to start off with, I am a big man. Coming in at 6'1 and 285 pounds is a lot to put on a little scooter such as this. But let me tell you, it perform above my expectations. I was able to take this scooter to my local park and ride not only on the paved roads but also on the bike trails. I also have taken this scooter downtown an road comfortably in 35 mph traffic. The features of this scooter are also a great selling point. It has turn signals, flood lights, head lights, brake lights, horn, cruise control, EBS braking system, eco\turbo mode, single\dual motor mode, cell phone charging and etc. As you can see for me choosing the D6+ was win win.

Bought the D6+ for myself, really happy with the performance, great for getting around town, battery life is excellent. Wife got jealous, so got her an X4, she needed more portability and the D6 was a little too heavy/large for her and so now she can easily fold the X4 up and take it with her on public transport.

I love the power, the battery life is great. Just what I was looking for.

Had the scooter 7 months, it’s a great scooter, had some issues with the front suspension as the original snapped, I believe these have been upgraded now on all future models, contacted Nanrobot and they sent out a replacement immediately. Overall a nice scooter which has brought me many rides of enjoyment. Customer service is good.

Opened the box and raised the stem and connected the handlebars. Easy, I was done with the assembly. Placed on the charger for a while and took my first ride. Wow, amazingly smooth acceleration and smooth hydraulic brakes and regeneration braking system. I love D6+.

So I’ve only put about 100 miles on the scooter so keep that in mind but so far it’s an amazing machine. I was blown away at how well it climbs hills both on and off road. I weight a little under 180lbs and I hit 42 mph with this bad boy. The scooter is somewhat difficult to carry especially up stairs, so if you have to climb several flights of them regularly, this thing is probably not for you. The build quality seems adequate and it feels solid while riding. My only complaint so far are with the threaded holes for the fender bolts. A couple of them are not centered properly which causes the rear fender to sit a little crooked. Personally, it doesn’t bother me much but it is noticeable if you look directly at it. This thing has two 1000w motors, and if off-roading is your primary concern (like me), I wouldn’t buy anything with less power. I have no experience with any other scooter so I really don't know what I’m talking about.

Fast especially in turbo/ dual mode. Hydraulic brakes are great. It's huge ! I didn't expect ! it's completely clear that it has made by very high quality and tough materials. Also Nanrobot guys are very kind and helpful. Thanks happy riding.

I'm very happy with this scooter it is everything that they said it would be. The suspension is amazing never bottoms out. Even though there was a shipping delay, I was so anxious of getting my D6+, but understandably not Nanrobot's fault. Big smile was on my face when the courier knocked on my door. It's bigger that I imagined. Received it on the Tuesday and spent the 2 days customizing it to my liking.

It was more than I had initially budgeted, but I'm glad I got it! The range and speed are amazing, always fun at take off when I zip past cars and see them shocked I'm beating off the line. Offroad performance is great as is the range. Only things I wish could be improved were the knob for the handle bar rod, could torque it down a bit easier if it was a T-handle instead of a circular one, and the manual described how the ECO and Turbo buttons worked instead of having to figure it myself (not that it was that hard to figure out). Would highly recommend to anyone looking for an electric scooter!

Great scooter for the price. Can’t go wrong as it has a great battery and power for anyone looking to get into a high powered scooter. Really wish they would come out with accessories though like a steering dampener or battery extension kit. Thanks

Ordered this on thanksgiving got it after a little over a week but found out after a day that the unit is not charging... chatted with customer support on their website and in WhatsApp... issue wasn’t solved so they sent me a shipping label for return and sent me a replacement which took a while but eventually arrived today 12/28/20. I really liked the features of this scooter for its price compared to the other brands of the same specs.. I really have not used it yet so maybe more reviews later... I was skeptical with the website but I must say I am relieved I was not scammed and their customer support although located overseas responds in a timely manner considering we have time differences...

Nanrobot D6+ arrived and there were some minor assembly suck as plastic fenders. The screw slots for one of the fenders were slightly off track. When turning the handle bars I noticed a loud squeaking noise and realized the back of the headlight was rubbing against the frame. The scooter itself is quite heavy (77 lbs.). Ride is smooth, was able to reach maximum speeds of 30 mph top speed and 41 mph on slight downgrade. Overall, I'm happy with the scooter.

The scooter itself is really good. I recomento it. Very sturdy and powerful. I’m a little over 200lbs and I can still go up any hill in San Francisco with my D6+ With no problem. It’s fun, fast, and really cool looking. The reason why I’m giving 4 stars is because of customer service. I like to believe that customer service is a very important bridge between company - customers but the team you guys have is not very helpful. I had a very annoying trouble with the inner tubes of my scooter where I had to switch them multiple times becaus they kept on popping. Contacted customer service and all they told me was to buy inner tubes from nanrobot website, but no other advise. I had to go do my own research and ask advices from people on Facebook groups and such. Safe riding to you guys!

Owned about six months now. Needed a scooter rated for at least 300 lbs due to my weight and backpack. This is an excellent scooter, highly recommended. Would buy again. I do not recommend the US based tech support, as they know nothing. EMAIL to support@nanrobot.com has been excellent, quick, and useful. Broke the kickstand on day 1 and they replaced it no questions. Had an electronic issue, and they told me how to fix it. However, here are some observations that the company asked I post: Regenerative braking too harsh even on lightest setting. I keep turned off. Be nice if handlebars folded. Need FRONT turn signals like a motorcycle. Turn signals should beep to remind us to turn off since they are not auto-cancelling. Steering geometry a little too unstable at speed. Tends to wobble when decelerating from speed (30mph+). Should ship with rear view mirror(s) Should SEPARATE throttle from readout. Should have a welded "loop" on frame for locking. Perhaps a locking FORK like with motorcycles. This would keep the 80+ pound machine from being rolled away so at least it would need to be carried. GPS tracker for theft? Recharge ports, even though capped, should NOT be underneath due to wetness/dirt, etc. Should be higher. Headlight can and should be much brighter, wider, and mounted higher on scooter. With LED lights with such small power consumption, low/high beams would be nice as well. Light is "cute" but not very helpful at night. A small lockable "glovebox" mounted on the unit to keep the EXCELLENT toolkit would be nice. Don't want to carry it around in my pocket or pack! Needs to be ON the unit.

Perfect for social distancing and a great stress reliever. This scooter can handle sandy trails with ease. The longest trip I took on it was about 20 miles one way and it really does get about 40 miles on a charge. Top speed for me is 42 mph Im 6’1 180 pounds. The duel motors are great and control options let you set a comfortable throttle. The ride quality is fantastic. The suspension is just right. My biggest concerns are with the tires and throttle. I get flats like crazy, i was really surprised to see the scooter has tire tubes like a wheel barrow would, but I’ve come to find most scooters have tubes. I’ve gotten really good at replacing the tubes though and can do it in 5 minutes now. The throttle has what feels like dead spots. The first 25% of throttle is the same speed/power and the last 75-100% feel about the same too. It’s not the same as say, a motorcycle. However, you get used to it and with the multiple power settings (turbo on and off, eco on and off, duel motor on and off) you get used to it. That might sound bad but all things considered I’d give my scooter a 8/10. I’m a bit of a critic when it comes to reviews I’m used to atvs and dirt bikes. Charge time is about 12 hours and you can get a second charger but I’d rather have a slow charge to maximize the battery life. I’ve added a nice bright headlight and GoPro mount. It’s such a fun toy it feels futuristic and with battery technology becoming more popular and cheaper I can see this toys becoming more popular in the states.

I love my NanRobot D6+ with Hydraulic/Oil Brakes. This is thing is awesome, Really fast and has tons of power. The suspension is great, can jump off sidewalks and not even feel it. The off road tires are great in the mud and even the snow. Scooter is well built definitely worth the money but the get Oil Brakes. You do need that control it offers when coming to a stop quickly.

This is my first scooter purchase and I feel I made a very good choice. The scooter feels solid and well built with quality materials; the front fork is robust, with an easy to operate folding mechanism and secure bracket. The welding work on the fork is very clean. The ride quality is nice - comfortable but firm on all terrain, good feedback from the shocks, not too soft or hard. The deck is a nice comfortable size, the rear foot rest/peg is chunky and has a good grip. I can't find anything to fault, it is a solid performer with alot of power and more than enough speed. I ride it offroad on tracks that give it quite a beating; dusty gravel trails, often quite rocky with alot of ruts, climbs and descents. Almost more important than a good scooter is efficient and quality customer support if something goes wrong after purchase; I had some bad luck but was lucky to experience great service and this is the main part of my review. Somewhere on the shipping journey or courier delivery, a very heavy object must have landed on the box- my scooter arrived with a bent bracket screw so I couldn't tighten up the fork after unfolding. Nanrobot responded immediately; a new bracket was sent from China by courier the next day and I had it 3 days later.(I am in Europe). A few weeks later I had an issue with the rear motor controller due to heat stress. (newbie driving tip: never force a scooter up a very steep hill on full power when on a loose rocky surface, at a barely moving speed, with the wheel rapidly moving from full traction to spinning with no traction..! especially on a 35 degree celcius hot day.. - doing that for too long will quickly burn out any controller..) No questions asked, Nanrobot replaced the controller under the warranty. Unfortunately this happened in the middle of the Covid situation- manufacturing and supply issues also affected the scooter world, so I had to wait quite a while for their supplier to restock them with controllers. Nanrobot kept me informed, always responding quickly to my emails, often outside of their business hours. They sent me a complimentary wheel/disk lock for having to wait, and sent the controller to me by courier as soon as it arrived. Full marks to Nanrobot for a genuinely customer focused service - nothing but helpful and nice people!

So much fun on this scooter. Best value for the price. Good top speed, suspension is great, build quality is top notch. I love riding this scooter and highly recommend it. The few quirks that can be improved are: - fenders came with holes not aligning. Needs quality control on manufacturing. - throttle response is abrupt on high speed. Throttle should ramp up smoother. Perhaps this is hidden in the settings. - use of the turn signal is often forgotten. I believe it should have a light audible sound while active.

Got this scooter 2 days ago(appreciated it reached me before Christmas!)and its awesome! met with friends and coworkers and they got hook. Smiles on their faces made me proud to own this thing. And that's really important to me! I got the NANROBOT D6+!

Before buying the D6+ in June of this year,I was looking at some other brands in the same price range and above. I finally opted for the D6+because it was ideal for my intended purposes and this is said with no regrets. For a scooter in the sub $2,000 price range,you will be getting sound value for your money as this scooter provides a perfect blend of speed,acceleration,range,power and comfort. Acceleration is impressive,and speed along with range vary somewhat according to bodyweight,terrain,riding style and wind resistance like all scooters including the more expensive brands,but is very close to the specifications stated by Nanrobot. I reached a top speed of 38-39 miles/hr and the advertised top speed of 40mph is definitely attainable if I loose a few more pounds. Range is between 40-45 miles and varies based on riding methods and the choice of either eco,turbo,single,or dual modes and gear selection from 1st-3rd gears. Power is constant and reliable and the suspension platform on this scooter is simply amazing. To begin with,it is extremely comfortable,quiet and stable.....no rattling from the suspension components. No performance scooter can truly perform and handle in a predictable manner without a good suspension and Nanrobot's engineers definitely paid a great of attention to this feature and incorporated a design that makes this scooter extremely safe,very stable and a joy to ride at fast speeds with confidence. I also like the versatility of the D6+ suspension system because the adjustable hydraulic shocks allow the rider to dial in the right amount stiffness to suit ones riding style and the terrain. I am a road user so I dial more stiffness in the rear(between medium&very stiff) to limit rear suspension dip which helps to enhance forward motion under acceleration,and I keep the front at medium for comfort and steering control. It absorbs surface irregularities compliantly and cushions the ride sparing my joints from any abuse. I truly respect Nanrobot for making a scooter that actually performs as advertised. No hype or over selling here. You correctly get a product as advertised,reliable,one that meets expectations and is worth the investment. Nanrobot's emphasis on customer service is highly commendable and deserves mentioning. Questions do not go unanswered and they always reply as soon as possible given the time difference with answers and to provide technical advise if requested. My gratitude to Nanrobot and its engineering team for providing me with an exceptional and reasonably priced scooter and for its outstanding and dependable level of customer service support I have enjoyed as a proud owner. Hope my review inspires other viewers who are weighing their options of other scooters in the same price range,to make the ultimate decision to purchase the D6+.

Great and well built scooter.. Changes I've made, i sanded down the green wheel frames and spray painted it metallic black, added a shark mouth vinyl, added custom rear wheel lug nut covers and added a more visually pleasing grip tape.

The D6+ is an exhilarating experience. Its speed and power take you by surprise in the most satisfying way. Although you'd think its weight would make it unwieldy, it handles superbly. It is a beast of a machine and an absolute joy to ride in every respect. As good as the scooter is, the Nanrobot customer service team is even better. Due to foolish user error, I needed a replacement accelerator panel within a few weeks of receiving it. The Nanrobot team responded to my request immediately and sent the replacement part at no cost. Customer service is often overlooked in making purchasing decisions, but the Nanrobot team shows just how important it is to ensure maximum satisfaction. These guys don't just say they put the customer first, they actually put the customer first.

It's so convenient for me to ride my scooter to work every day. Everything went perfect, I'd like to purchase another one.

This is a beast. A monster. I had to buy another 25lb scooter just for short trips. Be warned: it's not easy to move around if you're skinny like me. In every aspect it delivers exactly what was promised. Stupid good performance, suspension, and speed/range. Had a friend and his kids over to play (distanced) and they all loved it. I want to switch from a finger throttle to thumb at some point. I've tried the right brake and got the throttle too many times. Left one is plenty strong for all braking needs but still, it's a safety problem. If you come up with a solution I would buy it. Thanks for a flawless transaction and a great product.

I purchased my scooter in December and what a surprise it was! I am a caregiver to a cancer patient. and I was spending about $120 a month on rental scooters. she bought my scooter for me. I would drop her off at her medical appointment. I would run errands or go home on it. until she was done. it fits in all Lyft rides perfectly. I had the most fun at the lights and out-accelerate the cars. The odometer shows 980km on it, I found that using my GPS shows that it is more around to be a little short so I would guess it to be more around a 1000km. RIDE ON!!!!!!!!

Fantastic scooter. It turns heads everywhere we go, I bought two of them. We are the first in our town to have them. Customer service is extremely responsive and have upheld every promise they have made. I have had a few issues with the battery chargers but they sent me replacements free of charge.

I'm a grown man- about 230 lbs. I use the D6+ for part of my commute becasue I'm lazy as heck. Honestly I love this thing! It's really fun to ride around and I get compliments on it everywhere I go (people are so jealous lol).

I bought it for my son and he loves it . I have rode on it and it handles my weight really well, I am over 220lb. Planning on buying another for myself now. Thanks Nanrobot.

Good battery life. Faster than D4+, as expected. My son loves his new toy. Definitely worth every penny so far.

The D6+ is a rock solid rig. Plenty of power with the dual motors. My usual driving distance is about 20 miles. I do this in turbo mode and use the dual motor option frequently...... and still have a couple bars of battery life left over. I'm 6' tall, 180 lbs and wear a size 12 shoe. This scooter is the best fit out of the four that I've owned. The build quality is excellent. It's heavy at nearly 80 lbs, but, if you fold it and use the front forks as a handle, you can roll it up and down steps etc. on the back wheel like a dolly. I have three ruptured discs and this method doesn't cause me issues. I've been "scooting" for several years and give this rig my highest recommendation.

Shipping took a little longer than I originally expected, but it was packaged well and much worth the wait! I love this scooter! Enough power and speed to take me anywhere I wanted to take it.

Very good suspension and very powerful

The scooter is amazing the only I wish the battery was rated longer in turbo boy is it powerful. My next one will either be LS7 or a Rion re scooter. They are so light weight without losing the power. They weigh 55lbs.

I now have 3 NanRobots, and 2 Turbo Lightening wheels and NanRobot is superior in so many ways. Power Control Turn signals Side lights Kick stand Just to name a few

This thing is AWESOME!!! Has been a great little break from the Covid. 6'4" 270 lbs. and can reach 36 mph easy. Great off road as well and am looking forward to the free suspension upgrade package for when I hit the trails. After scooting around Austin, TX on the ride share scooters I had to have one and those don't hold a candle to this machine. Money well spent!

Great purchase! Working with NANROBOT was absolutely the best! Due to COVID-19, I wasn't expecting delivery until about the middle of May, I received it the first week of April! It was everything and more when I opened the box. The ride compared to other scooters is hands down just amazing, The board is built for a large person like myself. The power and speed, let's just say, if you need to go faster, you should be on a motorcycle or car!! Would recommend or buy again 100%

This scooter is amazing. I have owned previous models such as the D5+2.0 and the D4+2.0 which both are still running perfect, but WOW this D6 is 100% an upgrade from what I'm used to. Suspension is insane and so smooth. Lights are awesome and headlight is really bright compared to my other scooters. Such a great job Nanrobot did on this D6 they knocked it outta the park...so happy with this model.

Exceptional high power, high performance, long range scooter for the price. Cannot be beat! Let me start off by saying that the D6+ is now much closer in design to the zero 10x than it is to the D4+. When comparing the D6+ to the lowest cost offering of the 10x, (comparable prices) this D6+ seems to have a more solid stem / tube design, ( rock solid) hydraulic brakes (option on D6+ to equal the 10x’s at an equal price range) 26 ah Chinese battery compared to 18 ah Chinese battery,the D6+ also has a horn, brake lights and turn signals. Eerily similar build specs / suspension, brakes, dimensions, weights, etc. I see no plus side to the zero 10x at its first price point vs. the D6+ at its hydraulic brake option price point. (Currently these models are the same price). I do see many advantages the D6+ plus has at this price point over the 10x. So as good as the 10x is, the new D6+, in my opinion, has just bar none dethroned it as the new best and baddest high power scooter in this price range!!! This thing flies and is unbelievably smooth and silent over the nastiest dirt road potholes. No sound from the amazing suspension at all! More range, more useful options than the 10x , seemingly stronger, better stem design, and I think it looks better too! Also, I have tested the Nanrobot customer service twice in two weeks, once before I received the scooter and once after to clarify some features and both times they exceeded my expectations and got back to me the same days. The first time I received a response within minutes and the last time was within minutes of them receiving my email in a different time zone, just a couple of hours after I sent it. Looking for the baddest scooter under 2k? Look no further!!!! At $1699 USD for disc brake version ( my disc brake version rocks, no need for hydraulic brakes for me at all!) this is it folks!!!!
