We ship our scooters from USA / European warehouse in California / The Czech Republic (depending on stock availability). Orders from UAE and Taiwan are shipped from our factory in China.
We fulfil the order within 24-48 hours. In most of the cases, the scooter can be sent out the next business day. The standard deliveries in above countries, the estimated shipping time is about 4-7 business days.

Hello! I just had a quick question - I just bought a D6+ 2.0, and I was just wondering how warranty works as I was never given a prompt for it. Is it as simple as just buying the extended warranty service? Im asking as I want to be able to metaphorically "connect it" to the scooter I just bought, but maybe i'm overthinking. Following the end of the regular warranty, the extended warranty provides an additional coverage period. Below are the part defects covered by the extension and the additional month(s) applicable.
1 month: side light stripe.
3 months:voltage lock, charger, charging port, switch button, front side lights, rear side lights, headlight, brake handle, brake disc, kickstand, controller, wheel hub.
6 months:front shock absorber, rear shock absorber, throttle, battery.
12 months:motor (motor wire issues not included).
