Warranty
We provide our customers with free replacements, all products purchased from our company are guaranteed to keep in good repair:
1 month - key voltage, display, front & tail light, on-off switch button, X4 controller.
3 months - Brake system includes disc brake, brake pads, brake on the handlebar. Charger. Controller for D4+2.0 and D5+2.0.
6 months - Structure includes handlebar, folding mechanism, springs, fork under the handlebar, fixed buckle. Battery. Motor (Please note: problem of motore wire is not included) For instance, damages not caused by misuse or vandalism are in a range of the warranty. During the maintaining period, all the accessory costs and Shipping charge are paid by the buyer side. when buyers the wrong size or wrong color

The seller shall assume no liability for wrong return and refund loss, the buyer should bear more than 20% return charge, and double-way transportation charge should on buyer charge.

The scooter which we sell are factory new regular products, all parts are the same as the original parts.

Note: Goods cannot be returned, and orders once accepted by Our Company cannot be canceled, except upon the written approval of Our Company. Before you return items, please contact us first(after-sale Customer Service email address: stridepower@nanrobot.com).

Cut to size items and special orders may not be returned unless it has been determined to be provided in error by Our Company. Customers returning goods are responsible for freight charges. If the returned goods affect the second sale, our company will be appropriate to charge fees and packaging fees.
