is it possible to upgrade D5+ model with different parts(battery? motor?) to make it drive faster - currently it drives around 40 but i would rather have it drive 55 Is it possible if yes which parts i must buy?
The upgrade of D5+ needs to be carried out in our factory. If you want faster speed, you can try to buy LS7 or RS series.

Motor fit perfectly for my D6+ was easy to install I’m happy with it and I’m looking into a controller replacement next. Then save for a new battery pack. Shipped so fast I almost missed the delivery date. Great job guys.
My wife and I are really enjoying our D6+ it’s been an absolute joy.
Support was helpful after my package was delivered due to heavy damage during shipping they refunded me enough to fix the damaged pins and replace the washer and nut that rattled off the axle shaft and fell out of the box. Thanks Support. Wish emails would be responded to faster or a number to call Support. But all and all have no choice but qlwhat they offer.
Motor arrived with a damaged power cord. First nanrobot was going to send me a new power cord that I would have to attach to motor. I told them that the motor I paid for was supposed to have a good power cord already attached to it (not a damaged one) . Nanrobot agreed with me so they are sending me a new motor with power cord. I doubt cord was damaged. Before they shipped it (damage happened during shipping) nanrobot is gonna take the loss and send me what I ordered again. They resolved issue best way they could. Sure I gotta wait awhile but shit happens and they are making it right! Thank you nanrobot. Ps. I love my ls7+72v it is wicked fast!!

The motor arrived damaged and after a few pics Nanrobot made things right and the new part shipped asap.

I wish pictures could be put on this. My box with a D6+ motor was beat too shit, why because the packer did not put packing paper into the space between the inside of the box causes the Styrofoam protection of the motor to break apart exposing the motor to high impact from various sources. The Styrofoam protection for it was smashed to hell, leaving Styrofoam all over my floor and exposing the wires inside the plastic coating. After installation of the motor it seems not as smooth as a new $275. motor should operate. The motor works but I really hate how much unprofessional the package was delivered 😒. Unrespect too your customers. Steven
Although it took awhile I purchased a front motor for my d6 and it's now on the scooter and I am such a d6 fan now thanks 🙏

Hey jeg synes det er meget dårligt af i ikke har fat i denmark med j’ers ting i mangler en ambassadedør i denmark og jeg er den rette jeg har nu kørt j’ers ds6 plus nu i 2år og det er det fedeste produkt jeg har prøvet så hvis i vil ha gang i denmark så send mig nogle af j’ers nyeste probukter til mig ja så skal i bare se hvor meget reklame jeg kan gøre for jer
