Following the end of the regular warranty, the extended warranty provides an additional coverage period.
The extended warranty shall cover solely defects in materials or workmanship. Any damage or degradation arising from normal wear and tear during customary operation is specifically excluded.

Note:
The warranty does not cover conditions, malfunctions or damage caused by incorrect usage, poor maintenance or unauthorized technical adjustments as advised in the user manual.
We provide our customers with replacements of defect parts only once.
The warranty is limited to the first purchaser. If you sell your Nanrobot scooter, the warranty cannot be transferred to the new owner. If there is a need to claim the warranty, the original buyer needs to present the Nanrobot purchase invoice as evidence of transaction.
Once the normal warranty ends, the provision of free after-sales services ends too. That is when the extended warranty coverage begins.
