My d4 3.0 wont go any faster than 20mph. I’ve double check my p setting to make sure nothing was wrong. Nothing seemed wrong. So I tried again but it won’t get any faster than 20mph. I don’t know if I pressed the power button slight longer. The buttons for the single/dual motor will work on but top off at 20 mph . The LCD display says, PAS, I’m not sure if that was always there. But please help it won’t go any faster than 20mph.

Im interested in the d4 plus 3.0 and online youtube videos do not show the turn signals and say the headlight is weak? I was curious about that and also was wondering if it can be had for 1000 as i plan on reviewing it myself for my scooter club because we are all looking for a better scooter "riding joyors" there are 15 of us and 8 already are itchy to make a purchase they just want to see how this performs

The widest part of the deck（leg plate） is 22.5cm and the narrowest part is 19cm.
The length of the handlebar is 63cm.
