My commuter scooter was delivered in a timely fashion. Ordered three of them. All were well packaged, no missing parts, and worked right out of the box with a little assembly.
Ordered black, white and gray. The gray needed the brake caliper cable tightened because of a loose assembly. But that was no problem. Took a picture and AI told me how to fix it. Tighten the seat clamp tight to keep from sliding down from weight when riding. My only suggestion is to buy the larger battery for more distance. And make sure to inflate your tires to 40+ lbs. for better distance too. Enjoy.

After researching for months I finally picked the Nanrobot M5 Pro, and I have zero regrets. Dual motor power is incredible. Shock absorption saved me from so many rough road shocks. Assembly was quick and straightforward. This scooter completely changed my daily commute, 5 stars without hesitation!
Super impressed with the comfort and speed of the M5. I was worried it would feel shaky at high speeds, but the wide tires give amazing stability. Battery charges quickly and lasts through my long rides. The build looks premium and tough. If you want a reliable powerful scooter, don’t skip this one!
Its a nice budget electric scooter that is easy to build. The only bad thing is that you have to tighten every bolt on the scooter so it doesn't break while riding. the front wheel came off while I was on it, luckily I was going slow but it would have been bad if I was going fast.
This scooter is a beast! M5 Pro delivers unbelievable power for commuting and weekend fun. No issues climbing steep ramps or uneven pavement. Bright headlights let me ride safely after dark. After one month of daily use, everything still works flawlessly. Great investment, I would buy it again.
Got the M5 for my son to ride to school. He was originally asking for one of those crazy fast scooters, but I wanted something more practical. He’s been using this one every day and hasn’t complained once lol. Says it’s fast enough and really fun to ride.

My M5 has basically replaced my car for short trips. Going to the store, grabbing food, running errands, etc. It’s not some crazy fast performance scooter, but that’s actually what I wanted. It’s comfortable and easy to ride. Pretty happy with it so far.

I like this scooter, its the 3rd I have owned and its great that the stand is so well balanced I dont have to do anything to brace it to stay upright even with all the bumps on the train. Regen’ braking is of course so nice as well.I am 6’ 1” and Deck is a little snug and it too me a minute to figure out how to get it to go full speed.
Solid 5 stars. The build quality is great and having a padded seat makes a huge difference compared to stand-up scooters. Hits 18 mph easily and handles small hills without lagging. The rear basket comes in clutch for grabbing lunch or carrying groceries home. Best neighborhood commuter bike/scooter I’ve owned so far.

Bought the M5 a few weeks ago and it’s been awesome so far. The power is legit and the seat is surprisingly comfortable.The back shopping basket is also convenient.
Both ordered items arrived intact and the assembly process did not take too long. The manual is very short and did not have many details which was an issue when trying to figure it out. I am still getting used to trying to ride it and adjusting settings on it. A more detailed instruction manual would have helped. This was the only model of scooter that is sold on this site that i could not find additional info about online. Other models had videos and more extensive manuals.
Package arrived packings maintained protection. Performance is a cut above. Instruments are high quality . It’s nice just to look at from an aesthetic perspective. I feel like I got what I paid for in this unit.
