Customer video review of NANROBOT Thumb Throttle

This is a must have. The stock “trigger” throttle is kinda lame in my opinion. One thing about this new throttle. Make it out of stronger materials. It feels like it could break easy. Install was easy and straight forward. It is definitely a game changer compared to the previous version.

NANROBOT Thumb Throttle

Installing the thumb throttle is very wise choice if you do not put the thumb throttle at least loosen up all the screws on the right hand handlebar for the throttle and the brake lever and move them as far apart from each other as you can comfortably with your hand that way you will not confuse hitting the throttle and hitting the brake in an emergency when you need to stop. The LS7 scooter and this precarious throttle shares a whole lot of danger the same as a jet ski or Sea-Doo with a new user being on a jet ski you have to press throttle in order to turn the handlebars to maneuver out of a dangerous Direction a new user doesn't comprehend that in the brain doesn't understand that and they've often careen right into something dangerous when they have forward motion and they're not able to turn the steering wheel Upgrading to the thumb throttle is very good idea because that way your other four fingers stay on the handlebar and you're in control if your hands aren't that large and you're using the stock throttle that requires you to take your index finger off of The Handlebar and that will leave three little fingers on the panel bar and the thumb which is not really much of a grip when you have a small hand not only that but the power of both of those dual motors in second gear under a heavy acceleration without power both of the brake lever squeezed all the way tight the motor will override those and you'll go forward rather than stopping so if you don't get some throttle at least move the throttle and the brake lever is far apart as you can comfortably that way you don't confuse the two if you have to stop real quick you know you've grabbed just a break on my first day of riding my LS7 I found it out the hard way and as I I'm experienced rider of a lot of motorcycles and electric vehicles but this particular scooter I found myself accelerating as well as grabbing the brake lever a few times within about a 15-minute period that was enough for me to turn me around went home and I made a big adjustment on those I actually cut about a half inch off of the thumb throttle so that my hand has to work harder to move that throttle rather than just bump into it and accelerate be careful new scooter laws in the United States are going to get a lot of people scooters and pounded you're only allowed to go 15 miles an hour on any electric vehicle on the street and being on a 70 mph scooters probably put you in jail and to get it impounded

NANROBOT Thumb Throttle

Love it, it took time to get the feel of it, only set back, it could use a little more spring pressure to push. Little weak with gloves

NANROBOT Thumb Throttle

Not what I expected at all, maybe I just got used to the one that comes with the scooter, as an alternative it may work for you though

NANROBOT Thumb Throttle

When buying a scooter it’s important to consider being careful when riding. If you feel a finger throttle doesn’t feel safe riding, Nanrobot also offers a thumb throttle. They think and consider about their customer’s safety. This product is safer as it allows for better reflexes knowing where the buttons are. Highly recommend buying.

NANROBOT Thumb Throttle

Excellent scooter for off-roading. Use it for traveling on hunting land. Easy way of quietly getting around undetected. Folds up nicely to transport. Bit on the heavy side, but compact and manageable when folded. Very pleased with the power and more than plenty of speed!

NANROBOT Thumb Throttle

While i do enjoy the thumb throttle, I did buy it the same day that I bought the scooter. And for some odd reason it didn't get shipped out with the scooter even though it was in stock.. It was the last thing for me to receive nearly 3 weeks after getting the scooter. So if you do order this don't expect to get it right away.
