The instructions/owners manual is terrible. I had to get my credit card company to stop payment, in order to get someone to help me to start the scooter. No one would respond to my text messages or would respond to my phone calls. I'm pleased with the operation of the scooter.
It was a great addition and ease of mind for a very reasonable price, especially when ordering such amazing products!
The replacement battery has less power than the original.
Bought three Commuter Scooters in White, Black, and Gray colors. Arrived in non damaged boxes from California to Ft.Lauderdale, Florida. I had shipping protection and even though I didn't have to file a claim, its worth the peace of mind. Especially on a long distant delivery.
